This policy pertains to actions undertaken by Mindfully Hannah, accredited Meditation Teacher DipBSoM. When you attend one of my classes, purchase one of my courses or submit a question or feedback via a contact form on my website, I will collect information which is relevant for me to provide the service to you. I am strongly committed to protecting the personal data of customers, students, clients and followers.
What information do I collect about you?
I collect information about you when you register for a course or class. I also collect information when you choose to “opt in” to receiving email communication from Mindfully Hannah. I do not collect any personal identifying information without your knowledge when you visit my website. When you attend a class with me, I will hold information which includes your contact details and health related information. This information is stored on a password protected computer which has antivirus software. If you “opt in” to email communications, the details held will be your name and email address. I will collect further information if you contact me with comments or specific requests. The cookie information on the website is used to help me understand more about how this website is used and to improve the site. To comply with insurance requirements this information will be retained for 7 years from the last time you have used my services. Once 7 years have passed, all information will be destroyed.
