We are currently offering 30-minute classes so that you can still experience a moment for calm and stillness led by a qualified Teacher but don't need to carve out huge chunks of your day.
There are classes suitable for everyone (men and women) as well as classes specifically for pregnant women and new mums, plus many more in the pipeline.
