Welcome
I’m Dr Hannah Tribe, a qualified meditation teacher (DipBSoM), former medical doctor (MBBS, BSc), and someone who truly understands the toll that burnout and stress can take. Through Mindfully Hannah, I offer practical support and wellbeing resources that blend my professional background in medicine, my personal experience of burnout recovery, and my training in meditation and mindfulness.
The Mindfully Hannah Approach
If you’re looking to learn to meditate in a way that feels truly relevant to your life, compassionate, and evidence-informed, you’re in the right place. I believe that meditation and mindfulness can be powerful tools for managing stress, reconnecting with yourself, and creating space for rest — especially when taught with warmth, empathy, and a deep understanding of how the mind and body work. My work with Mindfully Hannah is deeply rooted in the belief that you do not need to be a particular type of person or hold certain beliefs to be able to experience the benefits of meditation in your life. The Mindfully Hannah Approach aims to meet you where you are — no matter how your life looks — and gently provide you with tools that work for you.

Reviews From Mindfully Hannah Clients
I’ve recently been joining Hannah’s postpartum meditation sessions and they are brilliant. Hannah is very understanding about any need to attend to my baby and all sessions are recorded allowing me to do the meditation at a more convenient time if the timing doesn’t work out on the day. I find the sessions so relaxing and they allow me to take some time for myself which is especially important on those particularly difficult days/weeks! As I learn more through Hannah’s sessions I hope to start using what she’s teaching me in everyday life to help tackle anxiety both during this postpartum period and beyond. Thank you Hannah!

‘Mindfulness for Mums’ Online Class
I started using Hannah’s Basic Guide to Meditation course as a menopausal mum who is struggling with anxiety. The mix of science and guided meditation practice is great and really helping me understand what meditation is and why, even though I’m only part way through the course, it’s already having a huge impact on my anxiety levels. The course sessions are small and easily manageable, you can dip in and out when you have the time. Highly recommend.

‘Weekday Wind-down’ Online Class
I took my first Pregnancy Meditation & Mindfulness session last week and I could not be happier. Having completed multiple mindfulness courses already, I was keen to see how I can adapt my practice to my pregnancy and use it through out my pregnancy into labor. Hannah has a way of relating the practice to my pregnancy in a way that makes sense better than any book or video I have seen online.

The toll of stress in pregnancy – and the simple techniques you could use to overcome it
Pregnancy is a relatively rapid period of transformation – of the body, of the mind, of life in general. While this process for some is a beautiful phase, with excitement and joy, for others this time can be riddled with anxiety, with fear and with uncertainty.

I really wish more people understood this…
What comes to your mind when you hear the word ‘meditation’? Perhaps a monk in orange robes sitting cross legged? Or a room of women sitting around a circle of cards and crystals burning sage? Perhaps you think of religion. Certain parts of the world. Yoga. Hippies. Certain types of clothing.

Expectation vs Reality
In Saturday’s online meditation class, I talked particularly about one of the pillars of mindfulness: letting go. This refers to the fact that when practising mindfulness – maintaining non-judgemental awareness of the present moment – we are often attached to certain ideas or thoughts we may have about the practice, and so we need to let go of these in order to be truly present, and to enable us to see the moment for what it is.
