Founded by Dr Hannah Tribe MBBS BSc(Hons) DipBSoM, Mindfully Hannah aims to provide wellbeing resources specifically designed using a unique combination of her professional experience as a Doctor, her personal experience of burnout, and her qualification as a Meditation Teacher. Join an Online Meditation Class

We are currently running several 30-minute online meditation classes:

  • General class open to all (men and women) - Tuesdays 8:30pm & Saturdays 10:30am
  • Pregnancy class - Wednesdays 10am or 8:30pm
  • Mindfulness for Mums - Thursdays 10am
